Minimum Requirements for being an Air Traffic Controller

To be an Air Traffic Control Specialist, you should: 

  • Begin at the FAA Academy no later than your 31st birthday More Info
  • Have three years of continuously mindful work experience, or a Bachelor's degree, or a blend of post-auxiliary instruction and work encounter that sums three years. More Info
